Cancel and Return Policy

International Switchgears Pvt. Ltd. believes in building strong relations and trusts with its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a good cancellation policy. Under this policy, Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 hours of placing an order for advance date orders and is not applicable for same date orders means orders placed to deliver same day till evening. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been initiated and are in the process of shipping. Orders scheduled for future dates from present day of order are easy to cancel and money is transacted back to customer account and cancellation will be based on justifiable reason.

No cancellation of orders placed on same day

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Diwali, New Year and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
